Most therapists I talk to are excellent clinicians and terrible marketers — not because they lack intelligence, but because marketing wasn't part of their training. They were told to get on Psychology Today, wait for referrals, and hope for the best.

Meanwhile, their ideal clients are searching Google every day. The therapists who show up get the inquiries. The ones who don't stay invisible — even when they're the better clinician.

I built MindRank because this gap frustrated me. General SEO agencies don't understand therapy. They use jargon, chase the wrong keywords, and treat your practice like any other small business. Therapists deserve someone who already knows how people search for mental health support.

How I work

I'm not a big agency. When you work with MindRank, you work with me. I audit your site, build the strategy, write or oversee the content, and manage your Google Business Profile. You get plain-English updates — not a dashboard full of metrics you'll never look at.

I start every relationship with a free 20-minute audit. I'll tell you honestly where you stand, what's blocking you, and whether SEO is even the right move for your practice right now. If it's not a fit, I'll say so.

Rankings take time — typically 2–6 months for meaningful movement. I won't promise overnight results because that would be dishonest. What I will promise is a clear plan, no hidden fees, and no long-term lock-in after the initial 3-month commitment on SEO Growth.

What I won't do

I won't invent results, inflate client numbers, or use fake testimonials. I won't lock you into a contract you can't leave. And I won't overwhelm you with SEO jargon — if I can't explain it in plain language, I don't expect you to care about it.
